Your Role in the New Job Description Process

Forward plaque, plaque

The Title and Total Compensation Study is holding Job Description Orientation sessions the week of April 23. These sessions will introduce employees to the job description process. In the coming months, each college, school or division will provide additional training and/or information specific to the TTC job description process to further prepare you for the process of reviewing job descriptions. The review of most positions will occur the summer and fall.

The forums begin the week of April 23. Employees may attend without loss of pay and should be provided flexibility in their work schedules to attend.

  • Work areas without email access: Print the flyer, hand it out to employees and personally invite them to attend campus forums
  • Work areas with email access: Email the flyer with a personal invitation to employees to attend campus forums

If you need additional information about this phase of the Title and Total Compensation Study, visit the Study website.
