Tai-Chi @ SoHE: New Year, New You!

EcoWell has some riveting opportunities for well-being and social justice coming your way this semester.

Tai-Chi at SoHE will be offered this spring semester with the help of our senior instructor Robert Yu who has over 46 years of experience! This twelve week beginner series will be offered every Wednesday starting January 27th to April 20th. There will be two times offered from 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm or 4:15 pm – 5:00 pm. Pre-register today by emailingmetler@wisc.edu to reserve your spot! All are welcome.

Note: Tai-Chi is a slow movement contemplative mindfulness practice that incorporates elements of yoga and meditation! It is great for all ability levels and you can come to the class as you are. No tai-chi outfits are necessary!
