The vision and accomplishments of many women and men have shaped the evolution of the discipline, both on campus and nationally. Their stories trace the transformation of home economics from the inception of the Department through the subsequent one hundred years. Given the extensive
contributions of so many people in the School's history, a comprehensive
compilation of biographies of all former faculty and administrators
was beyond the scope of this project. |
